Making a Difference Everyday

Face it, policy work can look boring. Analysts, advocates, and experts like us here at Texas Appleseed can get deep into the weeds of statistics - how much more likely students of color are to get a Class C Misdemeanor, percentage of people rolling over high cost payday loans, number of children stuck in long term foster care.  

Statistics are helpful, but we need to put a human face on the work we're doing, both for supporters like you and for ourselves.  So this December, we're featuring 31 stories of real people's lives who have been affected by the policy work of Texas Appleseed.
